Hi, I’m Melissa!

Born in Colombia and raised in the U.S., I’ve spent my life in fashion, from nearly 15 years at Gap Inc. to helping clients rediscover confidence through personal styling. When I moved to Barcelona in 2020, I fell in love with its creativity, culture, and effortless style.

I ❤ fashion, I ❤ Barcelona and I ❤ people. 

Here, my passion for fashion grew into something deeper: a love for sustainability, vintage, and local design. After years of exploring Barcelona’s hidden boutiques and thrift treasures, I wanted to share this world of mindful fashion.

My goal is simple: to help you look incredible, feel confident, and shop with purpose.

A word on sustainability

I’m a lifelong fashion and shopping enthusiast. I used to shop everywhere, from fast-fashion retailers to big designer brands. Moving to Barcelona transformed many things about me, including how I see the fashion industry.

Fast fashion is the third most polluting industry after fossil fuels and agriculture (source)

While I still love fashion (and definitely don’t judge anyone for shopping at Zara or H&M), I realized I didn’t want to keep buying pieces that fall apart after ten washes or contribute to waste. Quality clothing lasts longer, feels better, and tells a story, and that’s what I want to celebrate.

So, I became obsessed with finding vintage and thrift shops, as well as amazing local designers who create timeless, sustainable pieces. Along the way, I met incredible shop owners and makers who’ve now become friends.
